Proficiency Testing Manager will be in charge of our internal and harmonized PT programs for all the different Operation Segments for Food and Environment Testing.

She/He will structure and drive those programs at Eurofins along different dimensions:

·       Identification of the PT needs within Eurofins Network in collaboration with the CCT pilots.

·       Define and organize the PT schemes.

·       Results interpretation

·       A Master in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or any other degree that is relevant for the organisation of PT schemes.

·       At least 5 years’ experience in relevant academic or business area, with specific expertise on testing methods, proficiency testing organization, quality management (ISO17025 and ISO 17043), being able to identify and describe best practice and implement it.

·       A strong experience in Quality. Being recognized by a National Accreditation Body is considered as a plus.

·       Experience in leading teams, preferably remote and decentralised teams that are not under direct formal responsibility is a clear plus.

·       Excellent English oral and written is a must. German / French are considered a plus
