Job Description

Expand your skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by working with students of varied skill levels, including students with autism, in a public school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and develop individualized client treatment plans, including both behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of special education teachers, speech pathologists, physical therapists, and regular education teachers
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Therapists to work in a variety of school settings
  • Participate in PPTs, where progress and data are presented to members of the school team, as well as families of the students we serve

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • At least Two (2) years of experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
