Do you want to utilize your skills to help our small business client design streamlined HR processes, boost employee retention, and create a baseline for growth? Infinity Road HR works with some of the most exciting technology companies in the Northern Virginia area. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support our fast-paced, high-tech, rapidly growing client on a full-time basis for a 6-month contract that is intended to lead to a permanent internal position. 

• Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
• Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience 
• Experience leading HR for companies in the government contracting industry required
• Experience managing an HR team
• Experience creating and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues
• Strong HR Generalist capabilities with an emphasis on compensation management and performance management
• Technically proficient with extensive experience in HR technology; ADP Workforce Now experience desired
• Entrepreneurial drive and tenacity - problem-solver attitude is a must
• Strategic thinker who has a strong tactical background and the ability to delegate and manage tactical work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Senior HR Certification
