Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will be a strategic HR thought-leader within this fast-paced, high-tech, rapidly growing organization providing Director-level support to the current HR team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years at the Director level within an organization
  • Extensive experience in the government contracting industry
  • Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues
  • Strong HR Generalist capabilities with an emphasis on compensation management and performance management
  • Technically proficient with extensive experience selecting, implementing and managing HR-related technologies (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial drive and tenacity - self-motivation is a must
  • Strategic thinker who has a strong tactical background and the ability to delegate and manage tactical work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Senior HR Certification
