To be considered for this opportunity, HR professionals must have the following:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Strong HR Generalist background (i.e. experience in all HR competencies)
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ Director level or above
• Extensive experience working with high growth companies
• Demonstrated experience working with C-level executives
• Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues
• Strong compliance background
• Demonstrated ability developing and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• The ability to think strategically and develop small company solutions that are outside of the traditional "HR box"
• Expert level of ADP experience
• Experience selecting, implementing and managing other types of HR systems (ATS, LMS, BenAdmin, Performance)
• HR certification
• Experience in the Federal Government Contracting industry required
