Our client, an eServices provider specialized in the civil infrastructure industry, is seeking for a Solutions Architect to lead the transformation from their current back office solution (based on PeopleSoft), to the new solution centered around SAP BRIM and Salesforce Service Cloud.

• The role will work with project management team and all scrum teams (6 functional and 4 cross functional teams) to align all technical designs and make sure functional requirements are property reflected in technical implementation across SAP, Salesforce and proprietary applications
• The role will actively be involved in all high-level technical aspects of the project
• The role will work actively with all IT teams, SIs and the architecture group on identify technical challenges related to the project

• Lead technical architect role on multiple complex deployments
• In-depth knowledge and experience with enterprise integration patterns, SOA, API and event-based integration
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and enterprise software patterns
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and multiple initiatives alignment
• Experience with customer services solution based on Salesforce or similar
• Experience with integration with Billing, AR an Invoicing system. Experience with SAP is a plus.  

• Experience with Business process management system. Experience with Appian a plus. 

• Experience with integration with Customer portal, Collections and Payments solutions is a plus.
