As a BI Developer, you will be supporting the business in order to gather the requirement, advise the solution, design, plan, develop and deliver the reporting solutions that help drive business decisions and improve the operational efficiency.

• Gather business requirements, design, develop, deliver, and support the technical architecture of complex/diverse reporting solutions that help drive business decisions and improve the operational efficiency.
• Build data pipelines (including data migration from legacy data sources, cleansing and transformation), data validation frameworks, job schedules with emphasis on automation and scale.
• Work with teams to create database objects (views, functions, stored procedures) that improve application performance, functionality and scalability
• Design and implement features in collaboration with product owners, reporting analysts / data analysts, and business partners within an Agile / Scrum methodology
• Generate complex SQL queries, functions, statement and scripts to transform and aggregate data
• Deliver production and ad hoc reports within agreed upon timeframe, function independently and manage multiple projects.
• Involved with new development of standardized reporting using the data warehouse, in addition to ad hoc reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze the results, reconcile, test, and implement data solutions, maintain standards and data quality in data loads and reporting.
• Create conceptual and logical data models that accurately reflect these requirements in a way easily understood by business users.
• Establishes knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
• Contribute to overall architecture, framework, and design patterns to store and process high data volume
• Proactively support system health by building solutions that are automated, scalable, and sustainable – be relentlessly focused on minimizing defects and technical debt

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with relational DBMSs and SQL coding (SQL Server, Oracle)
• 3+ years of experience with data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner)
• 3+ years of report development experience using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
• 3+ years of experience in software development (preferably Agile Methodology) with emphasis on data modeling and database development
• Experienced with SQL/ RDBMS, NoSql, database design, writing and tuning queries.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and techniques (SSIS, Attunity, Informatica)
• Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Strong organization skills with good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with business users, project team leaders and application developers
