We have created a new role to work with the Head of Learning and Development to assist and be proactive in our recruitment strategy to ensure that we attract the best talent.  

This role also offers the chance to support our training strategy involving design, content and delivery of training to our teams. Our goal is to offer personal and professional development for all of our team.  This adds significantly to our business achievements as well resulting in delighted guests and a happy, engaged team.

Key responsibilities will be: 

• Employment brand internally and externally
• Recruitment & Selection policies and procedures
• Overseeing candidate and job profiles
• Developing training programmes
• Training & Development policies and processes
• Building innovative content
• Delivering regular training sessions

You will need to have a creative and pro-active approach, be driven to improve and develop processes, be tenacious but politely assertive.  It is also important that you are able to develop beautiful relationships, swiftly, with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. 

Being a self-starter with presentation and training skills are a given along with being organised and a confident communicator who pays attention to detail with a drive to get things over the finish line. 

Excellent verbal and written English, numeracy, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is essential.  Having an understanding of branding or previous experience in a recruitment role would be an advantage

• Permanent contract for 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days
