Job Description

Contract / relationship management

  • You support the Key Account Manager on the launch of new customers- major projects 
  • You follow up the SLA’s made with the distributors / key accounts and you link with the key stakeholders in the internal organization to set up all required processes and workflows to service the customers 
  • Monitor the delivery of the SLA’s

Relationship management- project management

  • Join sales team during quarterly meetings with key accounts
  • Build up strong relationship with external sales team to fully support their clients on commercial & technical matters
  • Support all commercial activities for the customers in your region: pricing management relationship mgmt
  • Support the KAM regarding key projects- permanent improvement projects/changeprojects-

Product & pricing mgmt:

  •  Product range set up for new customers within the 360 approach
  • Labeling projects for new customers within the 360 approach
  • Price setting (together with external sales) : define margins & communicate to customers

SS/Supply

  • Monitor contract & agreement flow with DC’s – close follow up together with the SS of PL en DU
  • Close communication & collaboration with sales support to make sure all customer insights are communicated in a fluent matter- and flows back towards the KAM

Reports/budgets:

  • Forecasting (set-up & monthly adjustments ) in collaboration with demand planner and the order management teams
  • Preparation sales results
  • Report status to all stakeholders
  •  Margin analysis
  • Conclusions & strategy adaptation
Team Management: 
  • You manage a team of 2 sales support administrators 

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role 
  • experience in the automotive industry is a plus 
  • strong project management skills 
  • able to manage different stakeholders in the internal organization 
  • analytical & solution driven 
  • drive for results
