About the HR Digitalisation
The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen common HR processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. These capabilities are the foundation for efficient HR processes, supported by high quality and real time HR data for faster and better decision making, to enable value adding and collaborative ways of working and improve the employment journey.
Colleagues from all core businesses - Range & Supply, Industry, Franchise and IKEA Älmhult AB are working closely together in the programme.

We are now looking for a Digital People Data Analyst supporting our Digital HR Transformation within Inter IKEA Group.

Job Description

You will contribute to developing and implementing solutions managing people data and optimising efficiency and effectivity.

You will work closely with other colleagues in the IIG HR Digitalisation program to contribute to legacy data management activities (collection, consolidation, migration) and to capture advanced data in applicable systems. Moreover, you will be translating business needs to IT language and IT logics to business rules.

You will work closely with People and Culture community in Franchise, Range&Supply and Industry and you will ensure that our new solutions capture relevant and accessible data that can be translated to knowledge & insights.

Your core responsibilities will be to: 

·       You will be responsible within scope of HR digitalisation programme for the analysis of data and using your analytical skills to come up with clear, actionable insights and your facilitation skills to support business decision making based on data.

·       You will enable accurate and trusted information about our co-workers for stakeholders using reporting capabilities in Workday solution.

·       You will ensure data quality and correctness during migration and transition across existing and future solutions.

·       You will take corrective data actions where needed while securing involvement of relevant stakeholders.

·       You will ensure integrity of people data and ensure compliance to data policies, rules and regulations

·       You will create insights based on co-worker data to optimize People and Culture assignment

Qualifications

About you

As a person you are passionate about business, people and technology. Going beyond technical aspects of a data model to understand how the data and the decisions impact the business is something that motivates you.

You have relevant technical knowledge and strong experience & capability in data analytics, being able to structure, prioritize and determine relevance and accuracy of information.
You are curious in nature and capable of identifying new opportunities and solutions to respond to business needs. You are excited by the possibilities that data brings to improve business performance and co-worker experience.

You have the ability to find and concretize insights and actions from the data by performing deep data analysis.  

For this role we believe you have good communication and presentation skills and are capable of presenting result and solutions in an understandable, concise and inspirational way.

It is an advantage if you also have some knowledge within HR field.

This is a new role in a newly established team, so you understand that additional responsibilities may arise over time as this role and the function develops.

A few more details for you

This is a temporary assignment until December 2020. 

You will be located in Älmhult (Sweden). Some travel (mostly within southern Sweden and Netharlands) may be required.
