TrophyRoom is a social football game and entertainment app for lovers of the sport. Our goal is to build the most loved football companion app on the planet, by focusing on the fun and thrill of the game and bringing it to a whole new level in a modern format.

TrophyRoom is a modern remix of watching the match, RPGs, challenging your friends, managing your team and playing powerful cards that give you pros and cons. We aim to build a strong community by letting our users suggest and vote for new features – inviting them to take part in the creation of the most exciting football game ever.

We’re looking for a true product design  junkie to help us build the foundation of our product team in Ho Chi Minh City / Saigon. You will be at the center of the action and will need to contribute to many areas of the business, all while crafting a beautiful and obvious user experience that even your grandmother would know how to use! This probably calls for a bullet list. This is what we need you to do:

• Be deeply involved in all aspects of the development of our product: from idea and brainstorming, to mockups and wireframes, to user stories and specs, to design, coding, QA testing and launch. 
• Keep a close eye on the product, the funnels, the user behavior and let the data spark ideas for both grabbing opportunities but also for solving problems.
• Reach out to our users and create our own dedicated panel of loyalists who want to help us build the best darn football game on the planet.
• Work on exciting new product features.
• Design interactive prototypes using Axure/Invision/Adobe XD or the likes, which you will use in remote user testing sessions to optimize your designs.
• Translate your wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect final designs and specs.
• Work alongside our developers to implement your ideas and bring them to our customers.
• Contribute to an awesome team spirit by being both helpful and respectful of the people around you.

You're a highly seasoned and skilled UI/UX designer. You have worked on a number of mobile applications/mobile games and crafted user interfaces that people love. You want to be part of an adventure and build a company to be proud of together with your fellow adventurers. You understand that good teamwork is the way to achieve great results. A bonus is if you're a football fan! Also, you need to:

• Be an expert in UX, usability testing, and UI design for native mobile applications (5-10 years).
• Be fluent in prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Invision, Proto.io and Adobe XD.
• Be fluent in Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and have a detailed and critical eye for beautiful and easy-to-use design.
• Speak and write English and Vietnamese.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and wild startup environment.
• Have solid experience of working with Product Owners and Software Engineers to translate idea to spec to design to code to finished feature to optimized feature.
• Enjoy digging through analytics data to find problems and opportunities.
• Not be afraid of reaching out to real users and use them as your extended team.
• Be experienced in creating user testing scripts and hosting remote user testing sessions, for example on usertesting.com or similar.
• Have a portfolio with detailed case-studies on your past achievements.
• Be free of prestige and fully understand that the user determines the design - not the designer. A user-centric approach is a must for all our team members, but we need you to be one of the strongest advocates for this mindset.
