Verellen is a timeless and aspirational furniture line that creates unparalleled upholstery and case-goods that are second to none in both aesthetic and build quality. 

The Verellen Boutique of Winter Park is in pursuit of an ambitious and approachable Product Concierge to join our team! As an exclusive Verellen Boutique we aspire to represent the brand with a distinctive and authentic approach. Our ideal candidate will play a key role in collaborating with prospects, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and demonstrating excellent service standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficient understanding of Verellen product offerings
• Maintain showroom appearance
• Develop and maintain relationships with Verellen HQ
• Organize showroom sample/literature inventory
• Respond and screen all incoming communication
• Develop and deliver product presentations
• Create informal and formal sales quotes
• Submit price requests to Verellen HQ
• Close sales, assemble & submit sales orders to Verellen HQ
• Request memo & finish samples
• Actively host and attend industry events
• Organize and schedule events to drive sales
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate shipping logistics - transit and warehouse facilities
• Track orders & shipping with Verellen HQ including floor orders
• Mitigate any issues related to order, shipment, and payments
• Prospect new accounts - through research and observation
• Manage social media for Verellen Boutique
