Job Description

1) assistance to the Vice-Dean in the development of class schedules, calendars key dates, academic calendars, curricula;

2) assistance to the Vice-Dean in developing workload schedules teachers;

3) assistance to the Vice-Dean in the conduct of his / her daily work calendar;

4) participation in The school's Admissions Committee - organization of meetings, maintaining protocols, collecting and processing evaluation forms of candidates, preparing letters of invitation to training and rejection letters;

5) storage and transfer of documents of the Vice Dean to the University archive;

6) assistance to the Vice Dean in developing a course schedule for each semester and transfer it to the Registrar's Office;

7) assistance to the Vice Dean in the work on changing courses, adding new courses and further provision to the Registrar's Office;

8) participation in identification,  evaluation, management, and monitoring of  risks within the framework supervised direction;

         9) timely and proper fulfillment  of other orders of the Vice Dean, Dean, Head  and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

Qualifications

Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction.

Minimum requirements for academic degree:  Master's degree, undergraduate or specialist.

Required professional experience (duration, field):

- with a master’s degree, work experience  at least 1 year in areas corresponding to the functional areas of the given position, with a bachelor’s degree or specialist work experience at least 3 years in areas corresponding to the functional areas of the position in international national companies, or at least 2 years of work experience in "Nazarbayev University”;

- еxperience in an intercultural environment is desirable.
