Job Description

The Masters Program Coaches work with Specialist Practices, helping them set growth goals, create plans around those goals and provide coaching and support along the client journey. This person is responsible for the onboarding of the client and the implementation of strategies in their practice that reflect their specific needs.  The ideal candidate helps their clients leverage the Spear ecosystem to grow their practice through cultivation of high value, high quality referrals. 

  • Ensure the team within each office is oriented and trained on the Strategic Planning Tool (SPT) and is aware of the latest features, functionality and resources available
  • Ensure Practice Profile is complete to generate the baseline Member Success Plan
  • Partner to establish growth goals for the program
  • Partner with the Specialist and their team to achieve goals 
  • Conduct in-depth coaching calls with Specialist and Team to track progress
  • Ensure participation of Specialist and Team in Campus Events 
  • Ensure high usage of SPT resources, strategies, and maintain referring doctors list
  • Manage communication channels e.g. Masters mailbox, voicemail
  • Conduct a renewal call 90 days ahead of renewal date, presenting report card, establish goals for next year, and discuss renewal options
  • Leverage EVP and other SME’s where required to ensure increased chances of client renewal

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Dental Specialty Practice in a treatment coordination or high level administrative role.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and/or coaching, either in practice or as an outside consultant.
  • Displays in depth knowledge of the Dental industry.
  • Complex Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
