Job Description

As a trainee in our Global Sales HQ department, you will be trained and support by seasoned Business Executive to conduct multiple tasks in order to grow the business through providing best in class service to the existing clients of the Bank as well as sales missions:

  • Executive Sales Support for the Western Europe & LATAM desk with onboarding of new clients
  • Perform initial contact with the prospects as well as continuous follow up in coordination with Regional Sales Team
  • Provide full support to all our Sales team members to ensure a high service level and meet the team targets
  • Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients and other departments
  • Handle general internal and external correspondence and mailing
  • View account forms, ensure completeness and correctness of the data provided for account opening purpose
  • Conduct customer due diligence checking and performing identification of clients via video conference
  • Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, payment) to ensure account opening and funding
  • Other administration/ sales tasks as assignment from Line Manager

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Banking, Finance or any in related fields is an asset
  • Spanish as mother tongue and fluent in English. Portuguese and French a strong asset
  • You enjoy dealing with people and can bring good communications skills
  • You are an ambitious self-starter, eager to achieve and exceed targets
  • You have the ability to adapt yourself to a changing environment in a fast growing Bank
  • You are team oriented, proactive, committed and able to work autonomously
  • You are able to work flexible hours (due to the different time zones between CH and the LATAM market)
