Job Description
At Franco Pinto co. we are looking for an inspiring individual to join our expanding IT company based in Khartoum as HR & Administrative Officer
Summary
Forming and maintaining employee records. Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Managing the establishment, keeping the premises safe and clean, transportation, employee needs, canteen management
Assisting in the hiring process, Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Administers the day-to-day activities and Serves as point of administrative contact internally, leads and coordinates internal planning, implementation, and administration of services
Completed degree from an accredited institution
• BSc. in Business
• Good English (writing and speaking)
• At least 1 year experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills.
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices.
Qualifications
Completed degree from an accredited institution
• BSc. in Business
• Good English (writing and speaking)
• At least 1 year experience
