Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) is seeking a Human Services Quality Assurance Coordinator. 

The Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures client companies, working in the field of Human Services, maintain compliance with both internal and external funding source regulations on an ongoing basis.  The Coordinator will be responsible for conducting and coordinating quality assurance audits of HSMC and its clients, preparing and presenting written and oral reports and analysis to senior staff, conducting research pertaining to consumer satisfaction, funding sources, regulatory requirements and other projects, as well as providing technical support to HSMC clients in the preparation of licensing studies for various state agencies.

• Bachelors Degree required
• A minimum of three (3) years operational experience in a human services environment
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license as position requires frequent travel
