Looking for a talented Cloud Architect & Deployment Specialist to join our tight-knit team, to provide clients the best experience possible, and deliver on the brand promise. A successful candidate will join the team of hard working, educated and value-driven members.

For every 10 paid cloud seats, the company will provide 1 cloud seat to a registered charity or not-for-profit for free. In addition, leverage the connections to provide free or highly discounted technology, so they may use their limited funds to better service those in need.

As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for designing/architecting Cloud solutions and assisting with deployment efforts for small and mid-sized businesses. The desired skills are:

• A strong background and acumen for all things design and architecture
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange and Terminal Services
• Knowledge of Security Certificates and Web Hosting/DNS
• Advanced Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, with focus on

1. Intune
2. Sharepoint Online
3. Exchange Online
4. Teams
5. OneDrive

• Configure and Deploy:

1. Client and internal systems based on Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, Terminal Services, etc.
2. Environments based on VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V.
3. Microsoft 365

• Create and Update System Documentation to transition clients back to Service
• Communicate & provide progress updates with clients and team members in a highly professional manor
• Provide leadership and support for the Project Field Technicians
• Work Directly with Project Manager to facilitate successful deployment of Scoped projects
• Assist in Scoping out client sites and developing solutions for projects

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ Years experience managing and maintaining systems and networks at an MSP or CSP
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Cert
• A valid driver’s licence with reliable access to a vehicle

Highly Desirable·         

• Experience in Pre and Post Sales activities
• Current Microsoft Certifications in the “Modern Desktop” path.  E.g. MD-100, MD-101
• Client and internal network infrastructure based on WatchGuard, Cisco & Ubiquiti networks which include configuring WAN, VPN, LAN, vLAN connectivity, firewall & security services.
• Project Management and leadership experience
• VMWare VCP
• Experience with WatchGuard Firewalls
• Experience with StorageCraft ShadowProtect
• Experience with ConnectWise (Manage, Automate & Control) and IT Glue

• Ability to work some evenings and weekends for projects or emergencies

This position is a combination of in-office, remote work and site-visits based on project requirements.
