Software solutions for development and maintenance
You will become a part of Software Customer Support in Aarhus. We are dedicated to developing and maintaining software that enables the management and automatisation of logistics systems in airports, post sorting facilities and distribution centres.

Here, you will be responsible for the system engineering of our software solutions for existing clients, ensuring the correct functionalities, price calculations and quality. More specifically, you:

  • Recommend solutions and document requirements and scope of supply
  • Provide estimations and determine the software delivery approach in close collaboration with our software developers
  • Present suggestions for software solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Act as an ambassador for our software department and work to ensure optimal collaboration with Software Customer Support
  • Partake in sales and specification meetings with clients

A technical background and good overview
You have solid experience with software and IT solutions, maybe as an engineer, computer scientist, software developer, software architect, project manager or similar. You also have experience with the integration of software solutions on various platforms. Furthermore, you:

  • Are capable of maintaining a critical view of the software solutions you are working with to ensure optimal quality
  • Possess sound knowledge of both software and hardware solutions, enabling you to understand and gain a good overview of the complexity of our clients’ plant sites
  • Can communicate and present technical solutions in comprehensible ways so they are easily understood by clients
  • Speak and write English at negotiation level
