Job Description


- Hire, align, train and motivate broker sales team on the Sun Bum / Baby Bum brands and products;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability across all product lines within Mass, Major and Baby distribution categories;
- Prospect and qualify new customers;
- Manage and open key accounts (Mass, Majors and Baby), track sell through and maximize sales, turns and margin;
- Develop seasonal Go-to-Market plans that drive impact at the point of sale increasing revenue and
profitability;
- Assist management team in budgeting and forecasting sales by category and territory;
- Input for inventory and demand planning forecasting and review to hit sales targets;
- Maximizing sales revenue, turns and margins for each retailer;
- Effectively manage expenses, budgets and promotional activity associated with sales;
- Will conduct travel to lead, manage and mentor sales broker representatives and attend events, promotions and trade shows;
- Coordinate and attend internal sales meetings to review current customer activity, review services and
encourage performance and sales growth;
- Work closely with CEO and executive team to develop and recommend strategic sales plans to grow business;
- Drive accountability with sales teams via quarterly territory business reviews;
- Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth;
- Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative and relationship selling;
- Ensure strong focus on relationships and education with our customers (both internal and external);
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts;
- Effectively manage trade marketing initiatives with marketing team;
- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities; and
- Other duties as reasonably directed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
