Spear Education is hiring an Event Coordinator. The person in this role will oversee execution of Cerec Accept program.

Job Description

Event Logistics:

  • Main contact for doctors/CEREC Specialists/Sirona personnel attending the Accept program
  • Oversee logistics for all Accept programs. Including but not limited to preparing hotel reservations, ground transportation, check-in etc.
  • Manage accept faculty including but not limited to: scheduling courses, working with accounting for payment of honorariums
  • Collaborate with Spear event team to organize Accept events including but not limited to: creation of floor plans, mentor pairings, ACCEPT manuals
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all attendees and troubleshoot problems as needed

Customer Service:

  • Serve as main point of contact for Patterson Cerec Specialist
  • Confer with Accept attendees by telephone, in person or via email to provide information about Accept program
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details or inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken when necessary
  • Contact customers and Patterson Cerec Specialists to respond to inquiries regarding Accept program
  • Follow up post Cerec purchase to schedule CL2 and ensure that customer is passed on to appropriate education advisor

Administrative:

  • Collecting and distributing proper reimbursement materials for ACCEPT mentors for Sirona’s accounting department
  • Consolidate reporting of the machine sales and CL2 registrations.
  • Working with Sirona/Patterson to keep current sales audit for ACCEPT docs
  • Assist with answering phone calls from ACCEPT attendees about the online portal.
  • Construct weekly newsletters for Patterson to maintain buzz about the program.
  • Ordering supplies as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 year in a same or similar position (event planning, concierge etc)
  • Must be willing to work weekends, as needed
