Operations is at the heart of everything we do. Your work will be diverse, challenging and highly rewarding as we scale the business across the UK. You’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up and make an impact from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will play an integral role in helping us efficiently scale

• Follow communications, procedures and policies but mostly help to develop new ones

• Optimizing operations through innovation and process development

• Build and maintain the flatfair help center, FAQs and forum

• Aggregate platform feedback and prioritise a pipeline of feature updates

• Help create engaging marketing content on the website and elsewhere

• Manage the social presence of flatfair online (facebook, linkedin, twitter, G+, CrunchBase...etc)

• Handle phone, chat and email inquiries and requests from our clients, partners and suppliers

• Think big, and do what’s needs to be done with limited guidance

• Exceptional communication skills

• Must love providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Driven and confident personality, who can keep a cool head in time of crisis

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
