Job Description

Position Overview

The DNN Team is interested in hiring a dynamic, sales-driven, and self-disciplined individual to join the Sales Account Management team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work in a proactive role with existing clients to build and sustain long-term relationships while growing their portfolio of DNN software. This role includes collaboration with clients through analyzing processes and use cases then presenting technology solutions that solve business problems, optimize web presence, and improve content management efficiency.

Responsibilities

Meeting sales quotas by promoting additional technology products and services to the existing client base.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients
  • Upsell accounts and increase product footprint
  • Identify new cross-departmental opportunities in large accounts
  • Analyzing client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs
  • Solution based selling techniques with a consultative approach
  • Responsible for client retention
  • Processing of renewal contracts within the territory

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of Account Management/New Business Sales experience – Preferably in software/SaaS space
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills: telephone, oral and written

 Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms (ie, GoTo Meeting) and orchestrating technical demos
  • SalesForce experience a big plus
  • Experience with government and corporate procurement processes
