Job Description
Basic Function:
Analyze and decide the appropriate resolution on urgent customer issues with rapid response. Define and execute the MicroStrategy software plan. Release maintenance versions of the MicroStrategy platforms. Provide analytical insights into quality of the product for product improvement. Provide technical expertise to help with sales cycles for all MSTR Products and components
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Investigate on escalations, identify root cause and decide the appropriate resolution rapidly.
Work closely with Technology teams to drive timely high-quality deliverables.
SWAT team support where needed for high priority customers via customer visits, etc.
Protect product teams from being flooded by escalations, and limit their communication needs with the field by providing workarounds and tuning wherever possible.
Channeling in product feedback from customers in terms of enhancements.
Own and actively manage software release plans.
Providing analytical insights into quality of the product for product improvement.
Provide technical expertise to help with sales cycles for all MSTR Products and components.
Qualifications
Major in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Understand SW development process and how to guarantee SW quality.
Proactive, self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking are preferred, and ability to integrate into a fast-paced team environment.
Good communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills, active to analyze complex problems and work out adequate solutions.
Ability to learn new technologies very quickly.
Ability to pay close attention to details, and at the same time, to see the big picture.
Knowledge with data analytics, database management is one plus.
