The QA Specialist will manage testing to ensure that solutions developed within Spear's NetSuite instance conforms to each solutions story requirements (QA Entry Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Test Cases) and is of high quality, defect free and meets the needs and expectations of our end users.

What will I be doing? 

• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and NetSuite development team on user story functionality by creating test case plans that are easy to understand and replicate. Perform functional, regression, and automated tests each sprint to reduce the amount of bugs in customizations for NetSuite by establishing a baseline.
  
• Utilize test case management software to measure Bi-Monthly KPI metrics so we can efficiently manage, track and organize software testing efforts with measurable results.
  
• Work within the SCRUM/Agile framework to assist with Sprint Planning and achievement of 100% coverage each sprint for all User Stories with QA and/or user acceptance criteria.

• 2+ years’ experience in software development practice as a developer or tester
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in QA practice, especially focusing on multi-tier SaaS platforms
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Selenium Web Driver experience, required
