Job Description

Human services agencies choose the shared business and management consulting services of Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) so that they can effectively manage their resources and focus more on the clinical aspects of their organizations. Our current clients include Evergreen Center, Beacon ABA Services, Criterion Child Enrichment, and Beacon Services of Connecticut. 

We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for working with our clients to define and execute specific social media strategies and continuously improve social media platforms by analyzing the appropriate social data metrics and best practices. 

Responsibilities include

  • Cultivating new communities and managing branded online communities on the client's behalf using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other social media
  • Build and execute social media strategies
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily social media content
  • Collaborate with our clients to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Facilitate the design, implementation and maintenance of all client company websites

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or equivalent required
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing with 2 years of focus on social media
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms like: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, and Instagram
  • Knowledge of web design preferred
  • Must have positive attitude and attention to detail
