GATR Technologies has an immediate opening for a Configuration Management Analyst with the following credentials and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- 3 years configuration management experience in a product engineering/manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Summary:  Prepare, update, and organize associated documentation and databases for internal configuration management controls and assist external customer reporting. Maintain configuration data for product sustainment, customer configuration management, and revision control.

Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Oversee and maintain configuration management tool for GATR documentation control, identifying various content and component revisions between customer baseline configurations.
- Interface with program managers and customer support personnel to update customer equipment tracking system data whenever components are switched between systems, warranty terms are modified, etc.
- Interface with Manufacturing to generate and maintain customer equipment tracking data to include system serial numbers, component serial numbers, revision numbers, suppliers, UID numbers, and ship dates.  
- Oversee and maintain ISO 9001 Control of Document quality procedure.
- Coordinate with program managers, customer support personnel, and technical personnel regarding product upgrades, technical bulletins, and recalls.
- Work with program managers and technical personnel to create system configuration packing lists and place under configuration control.
- Identify effectivity of engineering changes, supplier changes, and component end of life/obsolescence issues and their impact to system configurations. Communicate issues for resolution.
- Create and maintain system software version description documents.
- Control CAD database and act as gatekeeper for releasing new and modified engineering drawings and documents.
- Chair weekly Change Control Board meetings where discussions surround potential Engineering Change Requests and new drawing/document requirements, disposition of pending Engineering Change Requests, and impact of modified drawings/Bills of Material and documents resulting from approved Engineering Change Request actions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Thorough working knowledge of engineering drawing and documentation  standards
- Familiarity with DoD logistics management information data products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with Engineering Change Notice generation and drawing release/control procedures
- Strong knowledge of configuration management database tools
- Drafting/design experience preferred

- Limited travel required (less than 25%)
