As Software Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and executing our well proven solutions for distribution centres and companies all over the world. 

You get to manage the complete SW project including the interfaces with other technical areas as mechanical and electrical.  

More specifically, the job includes:

  • Leading a project team of 4 - 7 people, including frontend and backend developers, PLC programmer and hardware specialist
  • Participation in all stages of the project – from sign of contract, specification and design through the development to the commissioning, testing and handover
  • Responsibility for project execution, deadlines and budgets
  • Contributing to building long-term and strategic customer relations

We use the internationally recognized Stage-Gate® model, and empathies cross-functional teamwork for successful project completion. We are a CMMI Level 2 software organisation on our way towards CMMI Level 3.

The position entails about 60 days of travelling annually.  

Use your competencies in a new way

  • You have a relevant master's degree in IT, software or similar.
  • You have minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager of complex software projects handling risk assessment, estimation, planning, execution and budget follow-up.
  • We value if you are certified in PMI, IPMA or similar, and knowledge of CMMI is also an advantage.
  • You are proficient in English and Danish, speaking and writing.

You have strong business acumen and corporate understanding. You stay focused and on track when handling many simultaneous activities. You have strong analytical skills and easily comprehend complex tasks. You are a team player and know what it takes to move and motivate your team.
