Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end project management

  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

  • Manage portfolio of Business Intelligence projects and collaborate with internal teams (Data Analysts and Engineers) by ensuring  all members are on board with delegated tasks

  • Liaise with clients for requirements gathering and milestone reporting

  • Manage preparation and coordination of agreement/tender/contract process i.e. design, submission and review

  • Prepare and monitor budget, scope and communicate with the team and Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

  • Maintain Project Management dashboard to monitor and track departmental processes, systems & metrics

  • Identify areas for efficiency and improvement for smooth operations by providing case studies for each project completion

  • Develop standard methodology for project planning and execution

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field or equivalent practical experience

  • 5 years of project and/or program manager experience

  • Knowledge of project management and tracking tools like JIRA & Trello

  • Outstanding team management skills  and excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong in written and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team

  • Desire to use or create standards, consider reusability, and have a long-term view while understanding short-term needs

  • Able to travel
