Europe Express is seeking a Copywriter with a passion for creating influential, creative content across multiple marketing mediums and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring both our consumer and business-to-business brands to life, generate excitement and engagement with various audience groups, and drive them to action through creative direct response programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create inspiring copy that attracts and delights customers, drives conversion, and contributes to the overall growth of the business
• Writing, editing and proofreading concise, well-crafted copy to drive elicit response for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Partners with internal teams to understand objectives and create effective solutions that bring the brand voice and positioning to life
• Identify innovative ways to introduce the brand to new customers and engage current customers with creative copy; write conversion-driven copy for email, digital and social advertisements; write SEO copy for web pages for search optimization
• Research and write relevant and engaging content for our travel blogs and websites
• Work with product managers to develop a strong understanding of each tour product to thoroughly communicate features and benefits
• Create and maintain a consistent voice across all touchpoints

• A minimum of 2 years of strong copywriting and/or editing experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Ability to adapt between multiple brand voices for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Familiarity / Experience with writing for Email, Website, Landing Pages, Social, Display, Search Engine Marketing, Direct Mail, and Print advertising mediums
• A firm understanding of grammar and familiarity with the AP or Chicago Style of commonly accepted standards for usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
• A passion for travel and the tourism industry
• Technical proficiency for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, email, customer journey marketing concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with a team
• Ability to pivot between a wide variety of projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, writing, or related field
• Writing samples requested

Working Conditions

Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office environment. Environmental conditions generally include ambient inside temperature, ambient inside lighting and ambient inside low noise levels.  Mobility demands generally include frequent sitting and occasional standing.  Sensory demands generally include keyboarding, computer terminal and telephone operation.
