Order Fulfilment Officer
Company Description
Our client, a Japanese Technology MNC is looking to hire a Order Fulfilment Officer, based in Singapore.
Job Description
- Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment
- Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment
- Schedule and coordinate with freight forwarder transactions
- Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met
- Prepare and update of relevant information for sales and monthly reports
Qualifications
- GCE'O'level and above
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in order management
- Proficient in Ms Office applications
- Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage
- Independent and initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
