Order Fulfilment Officer

Company Description

Our client, a Japanese Technology MNC is looking to hire a Order Fulfilment Officer, based in Singapore.



Job Description

  • Process sales orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing
  • Liaise with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, backlog status and payment
  • Prepare delivery documentation, maintains records, and coordinates logistics for product shipment
  • Schedule and coordinate with freight forwarder transactions
  • Follow up on shipment status and ensure delivery dates are met
  • Prepare and update of relevant information for sales and monthly reports

Qualifications

  • GCE'O'level and above
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in order management
  • Proficient in Ms Office applications
  • Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage
  • Independent and initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
