Reporting line: CEO

Geographic coverage: Asian Markets / Job location: Singapore

Role summary: A one man/woman show from product development to sales on the Asian markets

Main responsibilities 

  • Draw a clear roadmap of product development, with innovation and technology capability
  • Drive PR, handle partnerships with journalists, bloggers, retailers to develop the brand awareness
  • Be responsible for the effective delivery of product related initiatives
  • Provide insights and support to the team to better understand market trends and dynamics and identify brand –building opportunities
  • Get involved in the management and development of product plans
  • Work with the team to deliver improvement plans and additional product income
  • Constantly bring a creative approach, new ways of thinking and of doing things
  • Conduct presentations to potential customers (distributors, influencers, etc.) which are powerful and convincing
  • Convince, energize, engage…
  • …while constantly focusing on commercial drivers to increase the sales

Qualifications

  • Solid PR, Marketing, Brand & Product Management background
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles requiring autonomy and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in mandarin: speaking, reading and writing to address and advertise to partners and customers in China
  • Knowledge and experience in the Asian market
  • A pure Entrepreneur able to make things happen Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and very autonomous professional
  • A proactive and creative individual who will take initiatives and bring innovative ideas to contribute to the business’ growth
  • Mobility will be a must (around 50% of travel to be expected)
