Job Description

HGI Claim Solutions is Proud to Introduce SPHERE (Servicing Policy Holders through Experience, Resources, and Education) and we need you!

Due to the anticipated response to our new business model, we will need to double the size of our current roster.

We need experienced File Examiners / Quality Control 

You must meet the minimum requirements listed below to be considered for addition to our roster.

Qualifications

Field / Desk Adjuster

Residential, Commercial Property, and/or Automobile Claims Adjusters needed

3 or more years of experience required

Multi-state licensed preferred, but must have home state license were required

Field Adjusters must maintain equipment necessary to complete field adjustments (including but not limited to):

Vehicle, Ladders, Measuring Devices, Camera, Computer, Printer, Office Supplies, Software License, etc. (Some carriers may provide the electronic devices needed to complete their claims.)

Catastrophe Claims Position Description: Catastrophe Adjusters are deployed to disaster areas to provide exceptional policy service for our clients. Your task is to inspect, negotiate, and resolve first party property claims. We are looking for those whose passion is helping others, maintaining compliance with insurance laws, and to consistently produce high quality adjustments. Field Adjusters must be able climb ladders, inspect roofs and structures for disaster related damage, write field estimates and settle claims within their scope and authority. Catastrophe adjusters must be available to deploy wherever disaster strikes.

Call Center Adjusters will be required to work extended hours 5-6 days per week depending on contract requirements. Some disasters may initially require a seven-day work-week to process the high claims volume.

Multi-state licensed?

Good with people?

Experienced with reviewing claims forms, policy language/endorsements? 

Are you able to follow insurance provider instructions in order to resolve catastrophe claims?

Do the claims you write, stay closed?

Are you current on your continuing education requirements for your home state?
