Gathers information for pre-admission, registration, or admission of patients of the practice  Schedules appointments, collects demographics, answers phones, greets patients.

Position could be either on the phone scheduling or in-person

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a patient service capacity

Strong computer skills are a must

Strong communication and customer service skills are a must

Previous experience with an EMR is preferred
