Our client, a Japanese MNC is looking to hire a Creative Marketing Co-ordinator to be based in Singapore.
Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Executive/ Divisional Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the marketing team and be committed to meet deadlines and quality checking of design work.
This role requires a broad level of skill and the candidate must be creative, and able to take directions, provide layouts for conceptual ideas and create finished art files that are required for press/ publications, printed collaterals or any other type of related media such as outdoor, eDM, POS and brochures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, develop and create designs and layout
• Visualize ideas and gives input when required
• Demonstrate that the creative elements developed can work on multiple channel platforms
• Ensure quality and prepares deliverables for production
• Activate our company’s presence on Social Media Networks on a regular basis
Job scope:
• Design development and final artwork
• ATL/BTL marketing collateral
• Drive Social Media Campaigns
• Send out email blast notifications to customer database on events updates etc.
• EDM and website elements
• Roll out monthly newsletter to convey marketing activities
• Provide inputs for visual merchandising of show cases etc
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Others, Marketing or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe CS Software, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and able to prepare final artwork.
• Background and interest in Photography is preferred.
• Able to produce wide spectrum of designs styles.
• Able to maintain good cross-departmental relationships
• Highly meticulous and patient
• Adhere to tight deadlines
• Able to start work immediately
