Our client is a unique online shopping site. They are looking for their Facebook Advertising Manager to be based in Singapore. 

The ideal candidate will plan and execute the overall PPC (pay per click) acquisition strategy for growth globally, build and monitor forecasts, develop new partnerships and drive incremental engagement from existing relationships while working in a performance driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day management and execution of marketing campaigns
• Hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
• Implement a website conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy
• Performance analysis, bid management, creative/landing page testing, and general campaign optimization
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities (including display platforms and retargeting, the use of A/B testing, click tracking or other assessment tools)
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Analyze campaigns and translate quantitative or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media paid campaigns.
• Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media paid campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. 

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience with Pay Per Click marketing
• Strong experience in Facebook Display Network
• Experience in initiating and optimizing paid social, performance display and/or retargeting programs 
• In-depth knowledge of best-in-class, PPC strategies and methodologies
• Experience with Google Analytics and other online tools preferred
• Experience in managing online and social properties
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• A team-player who is a self-starter, curious and eager to learn, and well organized.
• High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills is a must.
