Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

As the VP, Product, you will be obsessed with the customer journey –
creating a beautiful experience that wows our users and keeps them
coming back. You will create a clear roadmap of our evolving vision for
the Tripping.com product and craft the strategy for how to get us there.
You will build an exceptional, high-functioning and engaged product
organization, and contribute meaningfully to Tripping.com’s leadership
team. Most importantly, you will continue to build on the existing
momentum as Tripping.com expands a loyal userbase made up of avid
promoters of the brand and product experience, in a massive market.

Qualifications


  • Strong track record of leading product for a beautiful, user-
    centric consumer product; exceptionally strong product vision
  • Exceptional team building and management skillset, and keen
  • interest in coaching, mentorship and developing teams and
    people
  • Experience building and leading mobile-first products strongly
    preferred
  • Experience building highly personalized products preferred
  • Experience building products with international scale preferred
  • Past experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Technical skillset preferred
