You will join the talent acquisition team of 4 experienced colleagues. Together, we are dedicated to finding new talent for BEUMER Group setting the standard for and managing the entire recruitment process. We are a social and informal team, and you can look forward to a working day characterised by high energy and strong team spirit.

Take on the responsibility for recruitment and sourcing
As talent acquisition consultant, you will manage recruitment projects from A to Z. You take the lead and guide hiring managers through the entire process from job analysis to a signed contract. You help screen and select candidates, facilitate interviews, carry out tests, do reference checks, etc. as well as take charge of the onboarding aspects. Sourcing strategy is a key element of our process, and we continuously develop our approach. You will team up with our inhouse researcher to optimize and attract a strong talent pool including taking part in employer branding initiatives .Your wide array of tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Take the lead in optimising the overall recruitment and sourcing processes
• Continuously improve our ability to attract and recruit qualified candidates to our key positions (e.g. SW Engineers, Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, etc.)
• Evaluate and improve quality throughout the entire process including tools, medias etc. 

Experience with managing full recruitment processes
Your most important traits are your high integrity and your interpersonal skills. Connecting to, communicating with and influencing others come naturally to you, and you have a strong customer service-based approach to your work. You are confident with managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. It is also a great advantage if you have a natural technical understanding, giving you the ability to relate to the positions we are helping to fill. Moreover, you:

• Probably hold a MA degree which has given you strong research and analytical skills
• Bring solid experience in recruitment, preferably in an international context. Experience from private, project oriented companies would be an advantage
• Have some experience working with employer branding
• Preferably have experience with sourcing and have utilised tools such as LinkedIn
• Have highly developed interview skills and the ability to execute good judgment
• Know how to use PowerPoint and have worked with profiling tools – experience with e.g. Master MPA and ACE is an advantage
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently
