We are looking for someone to help out in our warehouse in Eugene on a part-time basis, about 4-5 hours Monday - Thursday, and all day on Fridays.

It is the responsibility of Part-Time Warehouse person to work as a valuable member of the Eugene branch, to support branch operations through efficiency and accuracy in the warehouse, while observing the principals stated in Stellar’s Mission Statement and Vision.

Major responsibilities and expectations:

1)      Accurately and efficiently pick, pack and process customer orders and transfers:

a)      Pack orders and transfers properly for shipping, with appropriate paperwork and labeling

b)       Accurately prepare and ship orders using P21 and UPS system, recording shipments properly and shipping using instructions from order

2)      Accurately receive, put away and cycle count inventory:

3)      Conduct yourself as a responsible Stellar employee and co-worker:

a)      Understand Stellar’s mission and vision

b)      Display a consistent positive, can-do attitude at all times in a fast paced environment

c)      Keep your work area clean and neat, free of safety hazards  

d)      Work as part of your team, supporting others in your department to meet our branch and company goals

e)      Willingly help others in the company when called upon

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of warehouse related experience is preferable, but not required
• Basic knowledge of math
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Requires standing, stooping, reaching and walking for continuous periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. on a consistent basis
• Must be able to perform repetitive work with your hands and arms
• Basic understanding of Lean concepts and 5S strategies highly desired
