To be considered for this opportunity, HR professionals must have the following:

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong HR Generalist background (i.e. experience in all HR competencies)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, payroll and benefits administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience using and implementing HR systems (HRIS, Performance Management, ATS, etc.)

Desired, but not required:

• Experience with Paylocity HR software
• HR certification
