Job Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with team members on engaging digital campaigns. The designer will be expected to see the “big picture” and consider the strategic goals and objectives of a project. Strong design skills and the ability to autonomously deliver work of the highest quality is a must. The following are key items the designer is responsible for on a daily basis.

  • Effective collaboration with assigned project teams to deliver finished work within designated budget and time constraints
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure creative ideas are technically feasible and leverage the latest technologies and best practices
  • Create interactive design concepts based on detailed wireframes
  • Create engaging designs that meet or exceed expectations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in digital advertising & campaigns in an agency environment
  • An acute understanding of the online industry from production practices to interaction and navigational models
  • A comprehensive knowledge of UX principles
  • The ability to ideate and articulate creative ideas and reasons clearly
  • Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong graphic and conceptual skills
  • Highly motivated and passionate
  • Desire to learn and grow 
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS in responsive web environments
  • Experience using Sketch is optional but is a nice to have
