Job Description

The Sales Operations Support role provides support for the sales organization within CoEnterprise throughout many phases of the sales cycle. There will be heavy emphasis on partner software quotes and renewals, as well as, license management. Also, ensuring that CoEnterprise meets registration requirements and is eligible to receive maximum margins through their channel relationships with IBM and Tableau.

The Sales Operations Specialist will become an important member of the CoEnterprise sales team helping to ensure our customers and partners are satisfied and enjoy working with CoEnterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Register new CoEnterprise opportunities and monitor status within various partner portal systems
  • Create and deliver maintenance renewal quotes to customers and follow-up to ensure on-time completion.
  • Record opportunity information and ensure data quality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to achieve accurate forecast reporting
  • Update CRM to include customers, contacts and other key information
  • Become expert on partner products to create accurate CoEnterprise sales quotes for the sales team
  • Become proficient in various partner program benefits to ensure maximum CoEnterprise revenue
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, business partner sales reps and channel resources
  • Assist in resolving license and other issues with CoEnterprise business partners
  • Assist with special projects and data analysis as needed
  • Assist with marketing activities as needed including events and email marketing campaigns
