We are currently seeking an Associate Vice President for Training and E-Learning Development. This individual will lead and mentor the eLearning team and implement planning and execution processes that enable the efficient output of innovative high quality online training and courses and will provide oversight as the lead instructional designer working with HSMC clients in the conceptualization of online professional learning.

Responsibilities include

• Working with HSMC clients to integrate their vision and strategy of online learning into larger organization goals
• Provide oversight for curriculum writing, media production and course creation
• Oversee the creation of content for social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Define and implement comprehensive strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all social media platforms
• Prepare management reports measuring the effectiveness of social media campaigns 
• Facilitate the design, implementation, and maintenance of all client company websites

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10 years of experience conceptualizing and developing online learning trainings and courses
• 5 years leading an eLearning development and production team
• Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia Studio or similar eLearning content creation software
• Experience with video production and editing
• Experience with tools for social media design and content management
