Culinary Team Member

Mission: Working at the counter, you are a chef in an open kitchen. This position requires a code of ethics that portrays the core mission of the business as a whole.

Skills: This position is reserved for an individual that has food service experience, proper knife skills, a friendly and attentive manner, and maintains a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency. Qualified individuals will learn how to execute any and all of the menu items that we offer, to the highest possible quality.

Pay rate for this position is $14 - $17 per hour

This company has a strict cellphone policy. Absolutely no cell phone use is permitted. A company landline is provided for emergencies.

Qualifications

The applicant must:

*Demonstrate a work ethic typical of a culinary professional.

*Possess excellent customer service skills
*Be detail-oriented and able to multitask
*Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
*Proactively solve simple and complex problems
*Take initiative, go beyond expectations
*Enjoy educating customers about the company and its food options
*Be trustworthy and professional
*Be able to learn and assimilate new information quickly

Previous food-service experience is 

preferred, but candidates with the desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
