Job Description

  • Provide second and third line telephone and email customer support using the JIRA service desk.

  • Analyse and troubleshoot problems using remote access.

  • Resolving product (in particular Hotsoft) and networking issues where possible and otherwise escalating as appropriate.

  • Assist Hotsoft consultants with inquiries affecting client’s software products and act as a liaison between
    internal teams to ensure a prompt and effective resolution of bugs and issues.

  • Support Scheduled deployment support for our range of products including hotsoft

  • Provide Hotsoft trainings

Qualifications

Key skills & Experience :

Must Have :

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a support engieering positiom

  • Networking, IP, and general technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues

  • Knowledge of communication and security protocols, connectivity, network testing and firewalls

  • Engineering and network design knowledge, capability to worl in a lab and deliver objectives in an autonomus way.

  • Experience in Windows software and hardware support

  • Good and effective communicator

  • Initiative, analytical and methodical

  • Excellent language skills (wiritten and spoken) English.

Plus:

  • Experience working in JIRA service desk

  • Troubleshooting data with SQL.

  • .NET familiarity.

  • Wifi technical knowledge

  • Hospitality Experience
