Job Summary: Develops, gathers, and organizes system-related information. Analyzes and formats information developed and used to evaluate the system. Develops, plans, coordinates, and integrates systems-related requirements to support operational needs. Conducts studies, technical assessments, system analysis, and architectural-level analysis to determine system performance and effectiveness. May formulate and use mathematical models or representations to conduct analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop written concept of operations for deployed GATR satcom terminals
• Develop detailed block diagrams and interface requirements for integration GATR terminals with existing DoD terminals and baseband gear.
• Participate in strategic C4I planning and implementation meetings with DoD customers
• Identification of new and emerging opportunities for the GATR product line.
• Provided systems analysis oversight to existing and emerging GATR programs
• Provide input into the GATR product roadmap to maximize GATR adoption in DoD programs
• Contribute to Technical Manuals for existing GATR Programs
• Create white papers highlighting GATR capabilities in emerging applications.
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of specific DoD satcom network architectures within Army, USMC, and SOCOM
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to present technical presentations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Credentials and Experience

• Recognized SME in satellite communications and network architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical field
• Minimum 6 years systems analysis experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
