Job Description
- Coordinates with Installation Foreman and Maintenance Foreman to create schedules for install and work order projects; balancing project order, priorities, and available company resources. Communicates with customer to inform them of all relevant details and dates.
- Collaborates with Installation Foreman to make sure all plants and materials are on site on time and on budget.
- Tracks projects’ progress and updates schedules as need be, communicating with all applicable parties.
- Maintains project documents and insures all paperwork/receipts make it to the appropriate destinations.
- Is main point of office communication for installation and maintenance team when issues arise in the field. Works to secure alternative suppliers, contractors, or solutions to solve the problem.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of, and experience with, landscape construction terms, practices, and techniques.
- Able to collaborate with a team with clear, prompt, and detailed communication.
- Computer savvy with ability to work with Apple products (OS X/MacOS, iPhone, iPad)
- Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box to find unique ways to get the job done, when an unforeseen obstacle is faced on a project.
- Strong phone and email skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
