Job Description

Role Summary

Execute Product Roadmap & Content Roadmap enabling high quality delivery of consulting services, leveraging a formalized and scalable "Consulting Framework" used by Spear Practice Solutions with a 90%+ retention rate and at a 30:1 client to consultant ratio capability.

  • Understand the current landscape and roadmap
  • Execute an on-going process, as defined by the Head of Product, that aggregates, organizes and prioritizes product feedback from multi-channel sources for the analytic platforms and Consulting Framework.
  • Develop insights from feedback to guide future product features for 2017-2018 product roadmap strategy.
  • Establish a process that defines role responsibilities using current resources to triage, organize, and deliver insights from internal/external feedback.

Partner with various key stakeholders to improve SPS consulting effectiveness by implementing changes to consulting workflow, analytics platform features, and content deployment strategy.


  • Identify and implement immediate impact process changes within the Client On-boarding phase to reduce time from reservation agreement to go-live.

  • Identify and implement changes to consultants’ workflow process/tools to increase customer to consultant ratio from 14:1 to 30:1 while maintaining/improving client satisfaction.
  • Evolve processes within the member journey phases [Practice Prep, On-boarding, Consulting Immersion (Action Center), Renewal] as identified to yield additional consultant productivity.
  • Work with Development team to execute clean up and simplification of the analytics platform


Qualifications

Previous Experience

  • 3-5+ years of Agile Product Management Experience
  • 3-5+ years working in a SaaS Organization
