Our client is a multinational Luxury goods conglomerate, looking for his/her Sales Manager based in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Responsible to develop, manage and grow the brand in department stores and retail for the Thai market
  • Internally work with local brand general manager, trainer and regional team to develop a strong sales development plan
  • Externally work with vendors and partners to amplify the brand’s positioning and sales channel development in terms of visibility and productivity
  • Oversee and is in charge of department store’s sales planning and operations in terms of sell-in, returns, inventory from the office and retail level
  • Responsible to strategically build business and sales achievement in terms sell-through and categories
  • Responsible of managing the relations of key stakeholders in department stores
  • Oversees the retail segment in terms of manpower and sales management, BA productivity, conversion, IPT and AUS and incentive program
  • Responsible to manage and motivate the retail team and ensures sales achievement


Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant retail experience
  • Managerial experience of retail staff
  • Good analytical skills necessary to review results and initiate appropriate actions
  • Solid leadership skills to coach, motivate, develop and direct the activities of others
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
