Our client is a multinational Luxury goods conglomerate, looking for his/her Sales Manager based in Bangkok.
Job Description
- Responsible to develop, manage and grow the brand in department stores and retail for the Thai market
- Internally work with local brand general manager, trainer and regional team to develop a strong sales development plan
- Externally work with vendors and partners to amplify the brand’s positioning and sales channel development in terms of visibility and productivity
- Oversee and is in charge of department store’s sales planning and operations in terms of sell-in, returns, inventory from the office and retail level
- Responsible to strategically build business and sales achievement in terms sell-through and categories
- Responsible of managing the relations of key stakeholders in department stores
- Oversees the retail segment in terms of manpower and sales management, BA productivity, conversion, IPT and AUS and incentive program
- Responsible to manage and motivate the retail team and ensures sales achievement
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant retail experience
- Managerial experience of retail staff
- Good analytical skills necessary to review results and initiate appropriate actions
- Solid leadership skills to coach, motivate, develop and direct the activities of others
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
