Our client, in the apparel & fashion industry is looking to hire a Retail Operations Manager, based in Singapore.

• Ensure the smooth running of day to day operations of boutiques 

• Responsible for sales achievement of the stores and/or boutiques under her/his charge.

• Actively engage with top spending customers through top notch personal service, and building up of customer base through CRM and Footfall strategies.

• Manage manpower deployment with HR to deploy staff effectively.

• In charge of identifying new retail opportunities for the Company.

• A Degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a Fashion/Cosmetics/Retail industry.

• Pro-active and self-initiative with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

• Sales driven and a great team player.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
